If you cancel an order after it is placed and it has yet to be processed, the pharmacy will be able to put the prescription(s) back on hold. If the order was processed, the pharmacy can cancel it and refund you, but there will be a 25% processing fee that will be deducted from the prescription cost. Once the order had entered the laboratory to be prepared, there are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges.
